We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in reputed company estate to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

• Manage and coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses.
• Draft and prepare reputed company estate documents such as reputed company and agreements.
• Organize and update property listings on various reputed company estate platforms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases.
• Conduct market research and provide insights into reputed company reputed company estate trends.
• Prepare Comparative Market Analysis (reputed company) reports for clients.
• Respond to inquiries from clients, providing timely and accurate information.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a reputed company estate assistant or similar role.
