Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Supports the planning, configuration, and operation of Molina reputed company infrastructure migration and services. • Works to configure and support workloads in the reputed company, automates reputed company infrastructure maintenance, and builds new operational monitoring capabilities. • Provides troubleshooting support and identifies root causes for issues escalated by the NOC team. • Develops and maintains tutorials and training resources..
