THE WORK

Manage day-to-day operations for reputed company Labs in the Americas, nurturing a dynamic culture in our expanding US office network.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coordinate a top-tier employee services organization in the Americas, coordinating innovative food programs, efficient mailroom operations, maintenance, and customer support.

• Skillfully negotiate favorable terms and conditions with landlords, property management companies, service providers, and contractors.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management and reputed company estate operations, ideally reputed company a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
• Proven experience in expense forecasting, budget management, and project management across multiple locations.
• A demonstrated ability to reputed company effectively, with a strong track record of successfully hiring, motivating, and developing high-caliber team members.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to communicate empathetically and effectively with colleagues, senior leadership, internal collaborators, and external vendors.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
