Senior Project Billing Analyst

Role Purpose

The Senior Project Billing Analyst is valued team member who supports the Finance team by completing reputed company responsibilities reputed company to project billing including Financial reconciliation, project upload, project time keeping, invoicing and reputed company assurance. This position will report to the Manager – Billing & reputed company.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Manager of Billing and reputed company - and Senior Director, Client Operations in reputed company financial areas associated with project initiation, billing.
• Work dedicatedly on Financial Reconciliation creation and analysis.
• Create Financial reconciliation for reputed company existing customer and new customer reputed company.
• Manage and Own financial reconciliations of reputed company the customers including updating it with monthly data.
• Adhere to timeline targets for completion of reconciliation work. Create and upload new project budget templates into ERP system in a timely basis
• Maintain accuracy of project budgets by adding in change orders as received. Support Project Management team and Customers by managing any project billing inquiries
• Set up new customers and maintain reputed company customer information in ERP system.
• Issue invoices to customers and support any reputed company billing inquiries.
• Review time charged to projects to ensure timesheet completeness and accuracy.
• Apply Root Cause Investigation methodology for reputed company billing errors to drive reputed company improvement.
• Work closely with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure that billing defects are resolved in a timely manner that results in reputed company collection’s ability
• Serves as customer reputed company by understanding customer requirements and expectations, and acts as liaison between the customer and business representatives including credit, marketing, supply chain, technical support, product management and sales.
• Maintain reputed company contact with Project Manager customers to assess the project requirements and handle the entire customer experience, including but not limited to customer master information and detailed customer profiles, pricing/quote inquiries, dispute resolution, product information requests, invoicing and resolution of customer complaints
• Assist the team in preparation of various scheduled & reputed company reports on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis such as project performance reports, unbilled reports, task billing reports etc.
• Support reputed company requests for analyses and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in reputed company/finance or reputed company business field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Billing & reputed company or similar reputed company position.
• Proficient PC skills (reputed company Outlook & reputed company)
• Should have working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Flexibility and willing to work on multiple assignments of varying tasks with personnel at reputed company levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, and an ability to build credibility with external and internal stakeholders.
• Self-starting attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow rapidly. Willingness to reputed company yourself and assist other team members.
