Responsibilities

reputed company is looking for an exceptional Event Marketing Intern to join our Asia Marketing Team. In this role, you will be involved in executing projects to support the regional events reputed company Asia. You will be comfortable embracing a fast-paced environment, and will be exposed to end-to-end events management and collaborate across different teams. You will also be responsible to:

• Working closely with the Asia Marketing Team to organize and coordinate events, specifically reputed company’s annual World of reputed company conference, networking events, live webinars and other industry events 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (i.e Sales, Design, reputed company) to ensure the deliverables are delivered according to our Go-To-Market strategy 

• Managing projects independently simultaneously and ensure that reputed company pre and post event tasks are completed 

• Curating effective messaging for marketing collaterals i.e reputed company pages, email campaigns, social media copy, event invitations

Requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications experience would be preferred. Previous internship experience in marketing or events is a plus. 

• Experience with coordinating events (live and virtual), and virtual event platforms (reputed company Webinars, Cvent) 

• Must be reputed company to support in-person at marketing events

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and exceptional attention to detail 

• Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously 

• Ability to collaborate effectively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
