IT Administrator

reputed company is seeking a superstar IT Administrator to support and implement solutions for their remote team and leadership. As a global leader in hospitality software, reputed company empowers properties across 150 countries with an AI-powered platform. The IT Administrator will be responsible for operational efficiency, remote user support, and assisting with IT projects, working closely with various teams across the organization to provide user-catered enablement while adhering to best reputed company practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in IT administration across Windows and macOS environments
• Direct experience with reputed company integrations (e.g., Core Connectors, EIB, or Studio)
• Proven ability to generate custom reports and dashboards utilizing calculated fields in reputed company
• Experience managing identity providers like reputed company and SAML-based SSO for reputed company
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and ticketing skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate across technical and non-technical teams
• Fluent in English
