Your job

As a reputed company reputed company, you’ll drive the technical vision and execution of our Research AI products, with a strong focus on people management and inclusive team leadership. You’ll architect, reputed company, and optimize large-reputed company solutions using Python, LLMs, and RAG, while mentoring and supporting a diverse team of engineers.

• Set and execute the technical roadmap for Research AI, partnering with product and UX teams.

• Architect scalable, maintainable AI services leveraging modern frameworks (LLMs, RAG, reputed company, etc.).

• Provide inclusive leadership: manage, mentor, and support team members through regular 1:1s, career development, and feedback.

Your skills

• 2+ years in technical leadership, including direct people management reputed company AI engineering.

• Proven experience with LLMs, RAG, and scalable AI architectures, especially in production environments.

• Advanced Python skills and experience with toolchains like reputed company, LangGraph, and LangSmith/Langfuse.
