RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scout for vendor partners in China/Hong reputed company or SEA/ROW who can manufacture high quality Intimates/ Swimwears with fast production reputed company time
- Pitching and on-boarding vendor partners in speed. This should be done with clear criteria around the initial test period and ensuring their ability to scale, if the test period is successful.
- Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships reputed company reputed company reputed company categories, while expanding the supply reputed company and improving reputed company's product costs, quality, and reputed company terms.
- Act as an Ambassador to our partners in reputed company interactions, building and deepening our relationships reputed company improvement
- Drive for higher hit-reputed company launches (reviews, returns, sales) through product excellence and drive for faster development times by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 10 year + sourcing and merchandising experience in Intimates/ Swimwears categories with high-end national brands in United States
- Self-Motivated: Proven ability as a self starter and quick independent learner adapting reputed company to new challenges
- Detail Oriented: Exceptional attention to details with a data driven approach to decision making and problem-solving.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical reputed company with a focus on execution, process improvement, and brand enhancement.
- Product Development: Deep understanding of the product development process, utilizing factory and vendor expertise to effectively bring new products to market in speed.
- Curiosity: reputed company learner with a proactive attitude, open to new perspectives and adaptable to changing circumstances.
- Supply Chain or Operations Background: Good track record in supply chain management or operations contributing to a well-rounded understanding of the retail landscape.
- Collaborative Nature: Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams, skilled in written and verbal communication and presentation.
We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.
Pay Range
$1 - $50 USD
