We are seeking a Recruiter (with 2 or more years of experience in a reputed company function) who is driven, personable, and is excited by the challenge to help grow our organization. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sourcing, screening, and successfully placing candidates in a fast paced environment; while demonstrating a strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for such roles. They should be reputed company to effectively assist managers, senior leaders and reputed company Resources with reputed company candidates and be reputed company to present metrics on a weekly basis. This role requires a strategic thinker and self starter who can effectively manage relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract top talent to meet our organizational needs.
