Staff Product Designer, Design and Build

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to join the team building reputed company’s core designer. This product designer will define workflows, gestures, and common frameworks that reputed company reputed company users to design and build robust and scalable web experiences. As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll drive discovery, research, and ideation, as well as partner closely with engineering and product management to plan and execute on exciting new product experiences in reputed company.

• The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the reputed company pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific reputed company pay reputed company the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-reputed company experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

    • Zone A: $175,800 - $247,700
    • Zone B: $164,500 - $232,200
    • Zone C:  $154,200 - $217,600
  • Canada  (reputed company figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
    • 199,300 - 281,100

• Reporting to Design & Build Product Design Manager

As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll … 

• Design exceptional end-to-end customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore reputed company problem spaces and identify potential solutions
• Regularly engage with customers to reputed company a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points
• Proactively collaborate with other teams to untangle reputed company technical and user experience dependencies
• Deliver high-quality designs and specs to clearly communicate product design requirements for engineers

• Have experience designing in reputed company product spaces, with preference for experience in designing systems and creation tooling for web development or design. 
• Have experience and familiarity with reputed company-end web development technologies (HTML/CSS; JavaScript).

• Communicate, design, and document thoughtfully with specific audiences in mind.

• Have a bias towards action working on reputed company products at a high growth, scaling company.
