Accounts Payable Specialist
The Role:
reputed company is excited to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist reputed company the Finance Team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining our financial reputed company and supporting the company’s day-to-day accounts payable function. Reporting to the “Accounts Payable Accountant”, this role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, vendor relationship management, maintaining and updating invoice coding instructions, and other tasks as assigned.As part of our recruitment process, we want to ensure the reputed company and legitimacy of reputed company communication channels. - Work with offshore resources to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing,
- communicating any corrective action or changes, as necessary
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure invoice approvals are processed timely
- Ensure reputed company invoices are supported with proper documentation, according to company
- policies
- Manage and update vendor coding instructions for the AP team
- Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with W-9 and 1099 requirements
- Review, reconcile, and respond to vendor inquiries, resolving any discrepancies
- Prepare vendor accrual reports for month end and year end reputed company
- Prepare other month end and year end reconciliations as it relates to AP and reputed company

- Address urgent requests from both internal and external stakeholders in a complete and
- timely manner

You have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or reputed company field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in reputed company reputed company, reputed company Sheets and accounting systems (reputed company experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and AP best practices
