Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Cherwell ITSM Engineer to join reputed company as a full-time contractor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Cherwell IT Service Management platform to support reputed company-level IT operations and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, and maintain the Cherwell ITSM platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Design and implement workflows, business processes, and automation reputed company Cherwell to improve service efficiency.
- Manage Cherwell objects such as Business Objects, Forms, Dashboards, and One-Steps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Cherwell solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues reputed company to Cherwell functionality.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams.
- Participate in change management and release planning activities.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cherwell Engineer (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of ITSM principles and ITIL reputed company.
- Experience with Cherwell Service Management platform configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in creating and managing One-Steps, Business Objects, and Automation Processes.
- Familiarity with integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, and reputed company-party tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Cherwell Certified Professional (CCP) certification.
- Experience with other ITSM platforms (e.g., reputed company, BMC Remedy).
- Scripting or development experience (JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.).
- Experience in reputed company, finance, or other regulated industries.
