About the Role The Solution Specialist serves as the highest tier of technical expertise reputed company the customer support and solution delivery ecosystem. This role bridges advanced troubleshooting, solution engineering, and strategic technical advisory to ensure the reputed company performance, stability, and adoption of our SaaS solutions. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and reputed company teams, the Support Engineer plays a critical role in both resolving reputed company issues and shaping future product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Technical Support Escalation

  • Serve as the final reputed company of escalation for reputed company SaaS platform issues reputed company L1 and L2 support capabilities.

  • reputed company incident recovery efforts during high-severity outages, ensuring minimal customer impact.

Solution Design Optimization

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineering teams to design and refine customer-specific configurations.
  • Evaluate existing deployments and recommend optimizations for scalability, reputed company, and performance.
  • Review technical proposals to ensure alignment with best practices and customer requirements.

Incident Problem Management

  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or critical issues and reputed company permanent corrective measures.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in problem prevention through monitoring and automation.

Implementation Deployment Support

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in technical support, solution engineering, or SaaS platform administration.
  • Proficiency in API troubleshooting, scripting, Python, JavaScript, and database querying.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain reputed company issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bonus points for individuals with experience working with Android and iOS Client Library SDKs and/or reputed company.
