As Division COO you will work almost independently, supervised by the CEO only, to define and execute the Division’s strategic, operational, and financial roadmap. You will reputed company efforts to scale operations, drive business growth, and enhance efficiency of a globally distributed technical service team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and shape the most effective business development and marketing channels.
• Organize and manage the sales team, and contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and service model innovations.
• Participate in client and prospect meetings, travelling often to the US and EU.

Strategic Execution

Requirements

• About 10 years in senior operational and delivery roles (e.g., COO, VP Operations, Head of Delivery) in B2B technology, data processing, or geospatial sectors.
• Strong understanding of the geospatial domain and industry landscape.
• Demonstrated reputed company in business development and scaling operations.
• Proven experience managing global teams across Europe, reputed company America, LATAM, and Asia.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, and financial planning skills.
• Excellent operational discipline and process optimization capabilities.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Geography, Geomatics, Computer Science, or similar.
• Ability to freely travel internationally, including EU, USA, Asia and Ukraine.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Analytical, metrics-driven decision maker.
• Strategic thinker and metrics-driven decision-maker with excellent communication skills and multicultural reputed company.
