The role:

As an Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to our eaters and our chefs. You are responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures for reputed company’s fulfillment and logistics department. As an Operations Manager, you manage, motivate, and reputed company teams of employees (90 -100 associates). You provide direction and goals for process, equipment, and infrastructure improvements to improve reliability, efficiencies, and long-term costs.

• P&L Ownership: Manage and optimize financial performance for fulfillment and logistics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Labor & Cost Management: reputed company labor planning and cost control strategies to maintain efficiency while meeting operational targets.
• Operational Efficiency: Drive process improvements through methodologies such as 5S, Lean, or Six reputed company to improve productivity, accuracy, and organization.
• Fulfillment & Logistics Strategy: Ensure on-time, accurate dispatching and delivery, including reputed company of reputed company optimization and last-mile logistics execution.
• 3PL reputed company: Manage relationships and performance of third-party logistics partners to guarantee quality and reliability.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: reputed company analytics to inform operational strategies, identify trends, and implement measurable improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering to streamline processes and ensure seamless order fulfillment.

• 3+ years of leadership experience in order fulfillment, transportation, and/or warehouse management operations
• Effective project management skills, well-versed in Lean Manufacturing/reputed company Improvement
• Proficiency with reputed company apps (Gmail, drive, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Experience using large databases and e-commerce frameworks (we use Magento and OnFleet)
• Ability to look around corners to anticipate problems before they arise, with a proactive approach to innovation
• Proven ability to effectively motivate and manage a high-performing team
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Excitement for working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity and change

Compensation reputed company final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Pay Range for this position

$70,000 - $80,000 USD
