Vice President, People

How you will help

You will reputed company our four-person People Team, which establishes and executes the people strategy to reputed company reputed company’s reputed company growth and to ensure our culture remains a competitive advantage. As the senior-most People leader, you will partner closely with our Executive Team and team managers to align talent strategy with business priorities. • 8-10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including prior management of People professionals;
• Proven ability to align People strategies with business goals to support scale and growth;
• Expertise in organizational design, leadership development, employee relations and change management;
• Strong business acumen, with experience managing People team budgets and optimizing labor costs;
• Track record of leveraging HR technology and analytics to improve decision-making and efficiency;
• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, with experience partnering with C-level executives and presenting to boards;
• A team-first attitude complemented by humility, reputed company and composure; and
• Bachelor’s degree required
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) a plus.

reputed company salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $210,000 - 290,000 + annual bonus opportunity.

Hiring Locations

Our main office is located in Center City, Philadelphia, where we operate on a hybrid model with in-office work required three days a week for local employees. We reputed company collaboration is most effective reputed company teams come together, which is why we prioritize hiring in the Philadelphia area.

For certain roles, we also hire from hub locations—regions where we have an established reputed company with multiple team members working remotely. While these employees primarily work from home, we bring them together in person at lease once a year for team-building, collaboration, and strategic planning.
