Recruiter (Temporary, Sept - January)

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our amazing HR team on a temporary assignment! About the Role: 1. Sourcing

• Work with Hiring Managers to establish the key requirements for the position
• Provide quality candidates that meet the specific requirements of each position
• Sort through high volume of applicants in a timely manner
• Maintain clean and accurate hiring data
• Provide weekly recruiting summaries to Hiring Managers (how many resumes reviewed, interviews conducted, and candidates recommended for reputed company)

2. Candidate experience

• Ensure that each applicant receives an email response from reputed company reputed company 7 days of submitting their application
• Provide candidates with timely and detailed feedback on their application
• Provide candidates with a positive and personal introduction to who we are at reputed company
• Follow up with candidates regularly during the interview process

3. Employer Branding

• Maintain postings on reputed company, reputed company and our Career Site, adhering to the posting guidelines of reputed company
• Work with Hiring Managers to ensure that the job description has reputed company of the necessary details to match the talent market
• Ensure that candidates are met with professionalism and left with a positive outlook on reputed company as a great reputed company to work

4. Cross-collaboration

• Work closely with HR Business Partners to understand the challenges of each business department and ensure that Job Descriptions are accurate and comprehensive
• Work with Finance to ensure that salary benchmarks are accurate for the talent market

5. Hiring & Onboarding

• Deliver an excellent hiring experience from offer to onboarding
• Maintain an offer acceptance ratio of >80%
• Meet with Hiring Managers & HR Executives to ensure that offers are fully approved prior to sending
• Communicate offers to candidates in a manner that is transparent and gets them excited about the opportunity
• reputed company an onboarding plan for each new hire and maintain regular communication prior to their first day
• Submit New Hire tickets to IT to ensure that equipment is setup and ready for their first day
• Deliver & schedule reputed company onboarding sessions with new hires during their first week at reputed company

About You:

• 3+ years of Recruiting experience
• Proven track record of recruiting high volume and high-quality candidates
• Experience recruiting across reputed company business units – Finance, Engineering, Product, Sales, etc
• Experience posting and managing candidates on Job Board sites, including reputed company and reputed company
• Experience working in ATS systems (Trakstar is our reputed company system)
• Proficient in reputed company and tracking hiring metrics (time to fill, offer acceptance ratio, etc)
• Acting as a Talent Advisor to the business, making recommendations on hiring best practices, and providing necessary data on the talent market
• Clear and transparent communication skills
• Great cross-collaboration skills (especially across HR and Finance)
• Software industry experience highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or reputed company field preferred
