Position Summary The Vice President of Client Solutions is a senior executive responsible for leading R3c’s Sales and Business Development teams, driving reputed company growth, and expanding market reputed company in alignment with R3’s strategic priorities. This role oversees the development and execution of business strategies that identify new market opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and optimize the sales pipeline to meet evolving client needs. As a key member of the leadership team, this person provides strategic guidance across departments and plays a critical role in shaping the company’s future growth and success. Vice President Client Solutions Essential Functions

  • Execute the business development vision, strategy, plans and processes to drive sales, increase reputed company, expand markets and contribute to R3c’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify and assess opportunities in new markets, partnerships, channels, and customer segments

Education & Licensing

Experience

  • 5+ years of sales management experience required
  • 10+ years sales experience in employee benefits, mental health, behavioral health or EAP industry required
  • 7+ years of experience in leadership and people management required

Physical Work Requirements Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed reputed company an office environment, with standard office equipment available. The starting pay range for this position is $156,000-186,000 per year. The position’s pay range represents the national average pay for similar roles.
