In this role, you will:
- Own and manage the end-to-end strategy, design, and facilitation of our core global learning programs, including company-wide onboarding, reputed company-based development, and comprehensive leadership development for reputed company levels, from brand new managers to VPs.

Minimum requirements for the role:
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Enablement, or a similar function, with at least 3 years directly managing reputed company, cross-functional learning programs.
- Demonstrated experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create comprehensive learning solutions (including instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats).
- Proven ability to measure training effectiveness and report on key metrics using industry-standard evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick's Levels 1-4).
- A dynamic and engaging facilitator with a high aptitude for public speaking and leading training sessions for diverse audiences.
- A seasoned instructional designer with a proven ability to build high-quality, custom content rapidly using tools like reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and G-Suite.
