Position Overview This remote, part-time role is perfect for someone who already lives the flockor small petlife and wants to help others succeed in theirs. Whether you're helping a new chicken keeper troubleshoot a feeder or guiding a bunny parent through water bottle options, you'll be delivering reputed company, creative, and informed support. You'll also play a hands-on role in shaping the future of our products by sharing customer insights and collaborating with reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer emails and calls with warmth, clarity, and professionalism

Required Qualifications

• A quiet and professional home workspace (roosters in the background totally acceptable)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with dependable follow-through
