Data Scientist (L5) - Promotional Media, Emerging Experiences The Promotional Media Measurement and Operations Data Science team (part of reputed company's Data Science and Engineering organization) analyzes, conducts research on and develops metrics about the relationship between promotional media (artwork, trailers, synopses) and member engagement, to ultimately influence the creation and deployment of titles' promotional assets. As reputed company continues to reputed company, new content experiences and formats are being introduced and optimized, including Live, Games, Mobile, and more. We call these ''Emerging Experiences''. This in turn creates new challenges and opportunities to reimagine the role of promotional media in these new domains and how we should understand, measure and improve performance. We are looking for a talented and reputed company senior data scientist to become a thought leader in these exciting new spaces. This role will require a reputed company of strong technical skills and methodological knowledge combined with equally strong communication skills, creative thinking and stakeholder and project management, reputed company ultimately in service of finding the best outcomes for reputed company's members and business. • Partner with a diverse range of cross-functional business partners to understand Emerging Experiences at reputed company and what the role of promotional media is (or should be) in those domains
• Conduct exploratory analysis to build the conceptual frameworks for how we should think about these new content types / formats and capture how members are currently interacting with them and how they may do so in the future
• Execute and analyze experiments and/or reputed company reputed company inference and machine learning models to identify key drivers of positive member outcomes that can be attributed to promotional assets
• reputed company metrics and models to guide partners on promotional asset creation and deployment in the Emerging Experiences area
• Coordinate and communicate often and effectively with both stakeholders and fellow data scientists and analytics engineers to build shared knowledge and execute in a fast-paced and fluid environment
• Serve as a key thought partner for leaders in the space
• Preferred Qualifications and Attributes:
• Masters or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative or computational field such as statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics, political science, engineering, physics, etc.
• 5+ years work experience in relevant data science roles
• Expertise in statistical methods, notably regression analysis, forecasting, reputed company inference, and experimentation
• Highly proficient programming in SQL and Python / R
• Comfortable and effective in ambiguous problem spaces; ability to own and drive projects with minimal reputed company and process
• Exceptional written and oral communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Enthusiasm about and compatibility with reputed company culture

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
