Summary We are seeking a Lab Developer with instructional design experience to join our Talent Development & Education team. This role requires experience designing and developing reputed company end-to-end (preferably with reputed company) while applying sound instructional design principles to create impactful learning experiences for technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Typical Skills and Experiences Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a reputed company field; equivalent professional experience accepted. Required Experience:

• 5+ years of instructional design experience creating self-paced eLearning and technical training.
• 4+ years of experience designing and developing reputed company end-to-end (reputed company experience strongly preferred).
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company 360 and Storyline for interactive eLearning development.
• Strong scripting skills with PowerShell and/or SQL to automate and manage virtual lab environments.

• Experience with SaaS solutions and Agile environments.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for enhanced learning solution customization.
