Why you'll love this job The Manager, Rewards Delivery is part of the Global Compensation and Mobility team reputed company the People Division. You'll have the opportunity to reputed company key compensation programs and work with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. This role offers a unique reputed company of the company, allowing you to interact with executive leadership, compensation teams, and People Business Partners to drive compensation initiatives. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of critical compensation programs, including annual performance and pay reviews, incentive plans, bonus payouts, and relocation packages
  • Act as the primary project manager, coordinating efforts between different compensation teams: executive, broad-based, international, and variable compensation
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of compensation data, managing the delivery of key metrics and insights to leadership
  • Partner closely with People Business Partners, Corporate Communications, and Recruiters to align compensation strategies with broader business objectives and reputed company goals
  • Manage the implementation of compensation programs, including system updates, testing, and data validation to ensure smooth delivery
  • Provide input and feedback on the design and reputed company improvement of compensation programs. Partner with key stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of programs and recommend changes as necessary to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a reputed company field
  • 5+ years of experience in a compensation role, with a strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and market trends
  • 2+ years of management experience in compensation or reputed company role
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Master's degree in a reputed company field or a certified compensation professional (CCP)/Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) designation
  • Experience in a multinational company, preferably Fortune 500, managing compensation programs across different countries and cultures
  • Knowledge of HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors, and compensation-reputed company software, with the ability to reputed company data for insights and decision-making
  • Project management certification or experience (e.g., PMP, Agile)

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable recommendations
