• Provide strong and effective leadership reputed company video, phone, and chat, and reputed company and motivate your team to reputed company program goals.
• Monitor and support the reputed company Tax Support reputed company Channel, provide accurate tax information and resources, and respond timely to reputed company requests for assistance.
• Identify and address issues and challenges reputed company the leadership channels, customer-facing issues, and customer escalations, ensuring resolution in a friendly and timely manner.
• Conduct call monitoring, listening for opportunities to provide support.
• Execute customer callbacks as requested.
• Carefully document reputed company customer interactions for assistance in coaching and escalations.

What You Bring To The Role

• 1+ years experience in a remote, supervisory role, leading teams of 5 or more tax professionals.
• 2+ years of professional experience preparing and filing individual (1040) returns using professional tax preparation software in a professional/retail setting.
• Strong technical skills and ability to navigate computer systems and software including Professional tax software, reputed company 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, reputed company), reputed company, Timekeeping solutions, etc.
• A dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet reputed company and personal computer for administrative responsibilities. (No Satellite or Wi-Fi providers.)
