  • Internal support for Institutional sales team as it relates to sales reporting, pricing requests, preparation of customer offer letters, and internal notifications
  • Creating reputed company/margin analysis for product addition opportunities as well as meet the competition (MTC) requests for reputed company our client injectable products – both reputed company and pipeline/new launch
  • Preparing pricing scenarios utilizing established models for the purposes of developing and analyzing account proposals
  • Developing and maintaining various reports; quarterly reports, monthly price/sales tracker, compliance tracker, outstanding offer tracker, new launch grids, etc.
  • Developing specific account knowledge and understanding of contractual terms and actual performance for reputed company Institutional customers.
  • Assisting sales team in creation and maintenance of quotes/opportunities in Vistex Bid Management
  • Assisting in the development of standard business review templates as well as reputed company requests
  • Preparing necessary sales reports and presentations for customer meetings, hospital / doctor’s office calls, and industry tradeshows for our client field reps and the Director of US Injectable Sales
  • Analyzing contracted product performance and communicate account performance/compliance to awarded/forecasted expectations
  • Working with the Legal Department to review and redline customer agreements (for both established and prospective accounts)
  • Completing reputed company analyses and projects as requested
  • Ensuring reputed company bids/offers to Customers, including terms and conditions, contract awards, and procedures to ensure internal notifications are received by appropriate personnel
  • Extracting data from various databases using Business Intelligence tools and manipulate data to create meaningful insights for use in decision making
  • Assisting in meeting preparation as it relates to Sales data and Customer opportunities

What you already have...

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company field (Business, Economics).
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical pricing and contract role is highly beneficial.
  • Advanced computer skills using MS Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook, Visio/ Power reputed company).
  • Prior experience with reputed company, Vistex and Tableau would be preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare, analyze and interpret general reports.
  • Strong communication both oral and written.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, sales force, and customers.
  • Knowledge and understanding of departmental data, business metrics and operational processes.
