Associate Billing Analyst

The Associate Billing Analyst is responsible for assisting with billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining records of reputed company billing activities. Regularly exercise analytical skills and a keen attention to detail to resolve billing discrepancies reputed company. Professionally collaborate with internal teams and customers, while handling sensitive financial information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review activity data to be utilized for billing based upon most reputed company customer contract terms.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to meet financial reporting deadlines as part of month reputed company cycle.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies reputed company to billing, including overcharges, undercharges, and payment errors.
• Work closely with clients and internal departments to clarify and correct billing issues.

• Regularly and proactively collaborate with the support or sales teams to address any client concerns regarding invoices.
• Provide support to sales team regarding billing history, reputed company and new account set up.
• Reconcile ecommerce transactions and associated reporting.
• Provide documentation and explanations for internal and external audits and applicable stakeholders.
• Assist reputed company and Finance team members with weekly and monthly operational priorities as requested.

• Other strategic business initiatives or special cross-functional project involvement as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company/business or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 1-2+ years of relevant professional experience in billing or GAAP reputed company standards.

Salary Range The reputed company salary for this position is $56,000 - $65,000 annually. This range does not include at plan potential for commissions and/or quarterly upsides. This role is not eligible for reputed company’s corporate bonus plan. Consistent with applicable laws, compensation will be determined based on the candidate's level, relevant skills, qualifications, and experience along with requirements for the position and annual financial plans. reputed company is a distributed first team with employees working across the U.S., and we do not consider geography reputed company determining compensation ranges. Working Conditions: The job conditions for this position are in a remote home office setting, requiring a space that supports privacy and focus to attend to regular and frequent video and voice calls. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day.
