Job Description

• Responsible for the supervised delivery of reputed company products and services according to minimum standards.
• Works according to clearly defined processes and instructions.
• Independently provide colleagues and customers with specialised product knowledge.
• Manage and reputed company post data migration activities (if required) to ensure that existing customer data is imported, validated and signed off by the customer before going live.
• Assist sales in pre-sales technical requirement analysis and efforts estimation as required.
