Identify, report, and track bugs using JIRA, partnering closely with QA leads, developers, and product managers to ensure issues are resolved effectively. Test mobile applications on a variety of devices and iOS/Android versions to maintain cross-platform consistency. Validate eCommerce experiences on desktop, tablet, and mobile, optimizing across reputed company major browsers and viewports. Stay agile and adaptable to creative and technical changes while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
