Job Overview The Program Manager-New Product Development is a senior level position responsible for the development and implementation of large and reputed company project(s) and the single reputed company of contact for assigned projects. • Setting project scope and objectives, defining milestones, creating the project plan, and managing the execution, implementation, and closure of the project.

• Monitoring and reporting project statuses to team and assessing results.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
• 8+ years of experience with project/program management.
• New product development experience preferred.
• PMI PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
