The reputed company Administrator will be a system administrator for reputed company.com and other reputed company-reputed company processes and initiatives. The reputed company Administrator will:

• Provide day-to-day administration of the reputed company application, including setup and user support.
• Configure the reputed company application to align with user and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with IT on configuration, testing, and acceptance of new features
• Provide training and support to end users reputed company to the reputed company.com platform
• Analyze system utilization for data reputed company and support the business with data reputed company and updates
• Respond to end-user support requests reputed company SLAs

Responsibilities:

• Serve as "super user" for reputed company Dx CRM system, possessing full knowledge of the system and associated tools, including functionality, troubleshooting and administrative support.
• Establish and maintain relationships with the functional leaders reputed company the reputed company Employer Services business.
• Communicate regularly with SFDC Business Owners and IT systems leadership to ensure functionality meets the needs of the end users.
• Participates in the agile development process to attend scrum ceremonies and complete assigned work reputed company the sprint.

• Serve as first-line contact for end-users and business leaders

• Maintain and communicate system metrics to track trends in usage and data reputed company

Requirement experience:

• 5+ years reputed company.com platform experience; Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein (Tableau CRM), and mobile
• Experience with implementations with 2000+ users and diverse user groups in an SSO environment
• Active reputed company Administrator certification(s), Strong preference given to individuals with multiple certifications
• Prior CRM or Sales Enablement experience working with end users
• Familiarity with other CRM and sales enablement platforms, such as MS Dynamics
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Dev Ops, reputed company,
• Experience with Data import/Export using Apex Data Loader/import wizard
• Experience with Data analysis using reputed company Reports & Dashboards/Workbench/SOQL/reputed company

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in Sales Operations or Sales Enablement
• Knowledge and administration of Enterprise Territory Management
• Experience with reputed company flow
• Prior experience as a business analyst or systems analyst.
