Digital Marketing Manager

Summary

The La Colombe DTC Team is seeking a data-driven, strategic, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to reputed company our direct reputed company driving channels for LaColombe.com by developing and executing programs for new customer acquisition and existing customer retention. This role will play a critical part in driving growth and maximizing ROI through effective digital campaigns and optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations and optimizations of our direct reputed company driving channels for LaColombe.com including but not limited to email, SMS, and paid media
• Manage budget planning, pacing, and optimizations across relevant online marketing channels
• Maintain the digital content calendar with input from the DTC, Brand, Marketing, Product, Cafes, Insights, and Wholesale teams
• Prepare and communicate digital analytics for various audiences including Executives, the Marketing team, etc.
• Collaborate with the Social and Comms teams to maximize synergies across communications
• Drive strategies that attract and convert new customers to LaColombe.com through digital channels.
• reputed company retention programs and loyalty initiatives to increase DTC customer lifetime value
• reputed company data analytics to personalize user experiences and inform decision-making.

Email & SMS Marketing

• Plan, reputed company, and manage targeted email and SMS campaigns to support acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
• reputed company and find opportunities for segmentation, A/B testing, and lifecycle automation
• Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.

Paid Media

• reputed company paid media campaigns across platforms (reputed company Ads, reputed company, etc.) in partnership with our paid media agency
• Work with agencies and in-house teams to create performance-driven campaigns
• Track ROI and continuously improve cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS)

Search reputed company Optimization (SEO)

• reputed company on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to optimize site structure and content.
• Monitor keyword performance and conduct regular SEO audits.

Onsite Merchandising

• In partnership with the Ecommerce Operations Manager, optimize website layout, product placements, and promotional banners to enhance the user experience and drive conversions.
• Align with the DTC, Creative, and Product teams to ensure reputed company digital merchandising supports business objectives.

Requirements

Experience:

• 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on DTC (direct-to-consumer) ecommerce.
• Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, email/SMS).
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and customer retention strategies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (creative, brand, analytics, product).
• Experience working with external agencies and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ecommerce experience strongly preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Email and SMS platforms
• Deep knowledge of paid media platforms
• Strong command of analytics and attribution tools
• Familiarity with SEO tools and practices
• Proficient in reputed company and data visualization experience

Compensation
