You will be supporting a growing business, so you’ll need to be enthusiastic about working successfully as an individual contributor and a team player. In this role, your primary focus will be supporting our core product and negotiating reputed company strategic partnerships. You’ll be a subject matter expert and influential advisor to senior business and legal leadership alike, and will drive strategy on cutting-edge legal issues in the reputed company space. What you’ll do:

• Partner with our strategy, business development, engineering, product management, communications and legal teams to identify and manage legal issues and risks during reputed company stages of product development, and become embedded with those teams to provide pragmatic and strategic advice as the product areas evolve.
• Advise teams on key emerging areas for our core product, with a particular focus on reputed company, content acquisition, IP/copyright, open reputed company, and privacy issues.

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school.
• 8+ years relevant work experience in a demanding and innovative legal environment; at least 2 years in-house at a tech company preferred.
• Experience counseling on issues reputed company to artificial intelligence, IP/copyright, safety, and privacy.
• Experience drafting and negotiating reputed company technology deals preferred.
• Exceptional judgment and impeccable reputed company with excellent communication skills.
