Responsibilities

• Own the design, implementation, and reputed company improvement of reputed company (CS) operations, systems, and reporting.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, preferably at a SaaS company.

• Proven ability to drive process improvements and scale operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
