Quality Assurance/Automation Test Engineer (Remote)
Overview: NIWC Atlantic Software Services requires ISHPI to provide emerging reputed company (DoD) and Department of Navy (DON) information technology, to design, reputed company, engineer, and maintain systems that will improve customer organizational efficiency. ISHPI provides support in the areas of Administrative Services, Applications Integration Management, Corporate Strategy Planning and Execution, Information Assurance (IA), Information Resource Management, and Information Technology (IT) Operations. Further task includes new standards engineering, prototype installation, application development, data interoperability, system design, system management and maintenance, data collection, analysis, and other management and implementation efforts in support of data translation, data mediation, data mapping and test and evaluation. Responsibilities:
- Identify risks and constrains, contingency plans and test deliverables.
- Test reputed company software releases, including new features, enhancements, and fixes for bugs and defects.
- Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met.

- Work across teams and coding platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, Archibus
- reputed company and document exploratory testing results.
- Test STIGs for functionality on IT systems.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and strategies.
- Report status of test cases to project leads.
- Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios and deadlines.
- Support customer UAT events.
Qualifications: Education: BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other reputed company discipline. In lieu of BS degree, a minimum of 10 years of reputed company experience is required; MS and PhD degrees may also be considered for addtional years of experience. Experience: Six (6) years of experience in Software testing, to include: designing, implementing, and conducting test and evaluation procedures. Experience with automate software testing processes, and conducting software performance analysis. Experience with conducting white-reputed company testing, black-reputed company testing, end-to-end testing, integration testing, and regression testing. Performing of QA documentation (test cases & scenarios, RTM) and bug documentation in ticket tracking system. Experience may be achieved simultaneously. Desired Skills/Experience:
