Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of infusion treatments in patients' homes
• Build strong one-on-one relationships with patients and their families
• Conduct home infusion nursing care visits and patient education according to the physician's plan of treatment
• Utilize clinical IV experience and personal touch to help patients recover in the comfort of their own home
• Maintain excellent written and verbal customer service skills to interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other partners

Requirements

• reputed company RN license in the state of work (with additional licensure possible in multi-state service areas)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, with IV-reputed company experience a plus
• reputed company CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and car insurance
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company, Outlook, and Word to document and track patient care activity

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of nursing experience
• 1 year of infusion experience
• Home reputed company experience
