Scrum Master (Hybrid Remote) - TS/SCI Clearance Required

We are seeking an reputed company Scrum Master to join reputed company in Virginia, supporting a large IDIQ contract with a major reputed company Customer. As a Scrum Master at aqua IT, you will play a key role in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, and managing stakeholder expectations. Job Overview

• Support a large IDIQ contract with four active task orders for an reputed company Customer
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Remove blockers and challenges for the Scrum team
• Manage product manager and reputed company expectations
• Proactively navigate the reputed company to identify and resolve problems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8-12 years of applicable experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Strong experience authoring and editing technical documents
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Comfortable proactively interacting with technical and non-technical team members

Preferred Qualifications

• TS/SCI polygraph clearance
