In this strategic role, you'll drive excellence in functional testing practices, leveraging your deep domain expertise to deliver comprehensive test coverage and alignment with business objectives. You'll reputed company diverse teams of Test Engineers, Test Data Managers, and Business Analysts, ensuring the highest quality testing services while building strong client relationships and contributing to business development efforts.

• Implement risk-based testing approaches and drive the adoption of behavior-driven development (BDD) practices

• Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases, facilitating requirements clarification sessions with stakeholders

• Establish KPIs for measuring functional testing effectiveness, implementing comprehensive reporting mechanisms
• Track and report on testing reputed company and quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations based on testing results

• Partner with Sales teams to reputed company our functional testing capabilities, serving as a Subject Matter Expert in client meetings and presentations

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable experience
• 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Strong domain knowledge in relevant business areas, with extensive experience in functional testing methodologies
• Proven track record of leading testing teams, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing roles and business development
