Our available schedules include full-time 3rd shift positions, with typical hours ranging from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, including at least one weekend shift.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming calls for roadside assistance and process requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide detailed information on road service products and services, promoting member retention, renewal, and new membership sales
  • Utilize department software to capture accurate information, prioritize calls for safety issues, and research membership status
  • Determine the appropriate course of action for each call, consulting with supervisors as needed, and attempt to accommodate members in borderline situations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing members' emotional states, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Customer Service experience required, with Call Center experience preferred
  • Ability to address high-volume and challenging situations, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate a computer with relevant software applications and maintain confidentiality
