You will be a key contributor in designing, developing, and optimizing our call center operations using reputed company Connect. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and exceptional customer interactions.

• reputed company Connect Call Flow Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design robust reputed company Connect call flows and IVR systems.
• reputed company Lex Integration: reputed company reputed company Lex for natural language understanding (NLU) and speech recognition to enhance conversational interfaces.
• Call Flow Development: Create, customize, and maintain reputed company Connect contact flows and IVR scripts to streamline and improve customer interactions.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance of reputed company Connect call flows for high efficiency and responsiveness.
