Your Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute sales education programs, driving training objectives and curriculum development for Patient Care, Patient Handling, and Vocera sales forces
• Evaluate and incorporate best practices in selling methodologies to improve educational curriculum
• Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to design educational programs, course objectives, and sales education strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of 6 years of work experience
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in education, instructional design, or curriculum development, with a degree in a reputed company field (e.g., Instructional Design, Education, or Curriculum Development)
• Previous medical device experience is highly desirable
