Job Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales calls with professionalism and reputed company, guiding customers and scheduling appointments
• Communicate effectively in both scripted and non-scripted environments, building rapport with customers and addressing their unique needs
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, utilizing persuasion techniques to influence positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in reputed company-time, ensuring seamless customer interactions
• Respond to email correspondence in a clear and concise manner, enhancing the overall customer experience

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a call center environment (sales, customer service, collections, or telemarketing)
• An upbeat and results-driven personality with a strong work ethic

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers and peers

• Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm CST
