About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Communication Specialist to join our Contact Center team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for capturing sensitive information reputed company inbound calls, creating exceptional customer experiences, and supporting our flagship product for Hotline & Incident Management services. What You'll Do:

• Engage with reporters in a respectful and empathetic manner, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed with care and confidentiality
• Answer calls from various industries in a timely and professional manner, following our intake process and exercising sound judgment to meet callers' needs

What You'll Need:
