About the Role

The Final Dashination Customer reputed company is a critical member of reputed company, responsible for providing timely and effective support to Dashers dealing with bugs or errors. You'll work closely with our Dashers, using your de-escalation and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide feedback and solutions to partners. Your goal will be to create a delightful, consultative experience that exceeds our Dashers' expectations, while understanding their needs and providing them with the right reputed company solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support to Dashers, owning their concerns and escalating as needed
• reputed company tools, escalation channels, and reputed company empowered decisions to resolve issues
• Partner with Dasher Experience and Support Operations Teams to provide consistent updates and feedback
• Conduct pilot programs to improve the overall Dasher experience
• Work cross-functionally with partners to be the voice of the Dasher for our products, services, processes, and policies

Requirements

• 6+ months of agent experience in 2 lines of business supporting Dashers
• Ranked in the top 10% of your reputed company Line of Business
• Consistently reputed company a QA score of 90% or reputed company
• Experience with de-escalating Dashers and turning detractors into lifelong promoters of reputed company
• Self-motivated and bias towards action, thriving in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
