About the Role

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting customers with website or application-reputed company issues and providing product or service information
• Documenting customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our client system
• Transferring data from documents into our client's system
• Making outbound calls to collect customer information as needed
• Performing additional duties as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of call center experience
• Availability to complete online training with 100% attendance (paid at $15.25/hour)
• The ability to pass a background reputed company

Technical Requirements
