Job Responsibilities

• Assist patients in resolving billing issues, handling complaints, and setting up payment plans
• Document customer complaints and interactions in the appropriate systems
• Track trends in customer service encounters and recommend resolutions to supervisors
• Provide training and support to new Customer Service Representative I colleagues
• Communicate and follow up with stakeholders on customer service activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Associate's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• Up to 3 years of experience in reputed company cycle functions reputed company a reputed company setting
• Previous service or call center experience with strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
