About the Role

• Provide personalized support to luxury retail customers reputed company incoming communications
• Conduct research to resolve customer inquiries and issues with style and poise
• Offer product recommendations and reputed company sales with finesse

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a luxury retail or similar environment
• 1+ year of post-secondary education or 2+ years of equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in computer skills and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
• Experience with USB wired headsets and smartphones or tablets (iOS or Android)
• A passion for high-end fashion brands and exceptional customer service
