About the Role:

As a Customer Specialist - TurboTax Product Expert, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to TurboTax customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns reputed company to TurboTax products and tax return software. You'll work closely with reputed company of experts, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS), to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service and support to TurboTax customers reputed company phone, email, or chat
