Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to reputed company our remote customer support team at Wayfair. As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving loyalty, and fostering trust. You'll manage a team of 8-16 customer support specialists, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure they meet customer needs and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of customer support specialists, providing training, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure reputed company
  • Supervise customer support specialists responding to calls, emails, and chats from customers with post-order issues, including returns, replacements, and refunds
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to optimize team performance
  • Conduct reputed company-by-reputed company observations and quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including reputed company Resources and Senior Leadership, to address employee issues and drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in customer-facing and management roles
