Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
• Fast typing skills, with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, reputed company, etc.).
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
• Basic understanding of databases and data management principles.
• Excellent command of English, both oral and written, with strong customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of touch typing system.

Technical Requirements:

• Dual monitors to facilitate multitasking.
• Keyboard with 10-key number pad for efficient data entry.
• Windows 10 or 11 operating system.
• ISP download speed of 25Mbps or higher.
• Minimum screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 (higher preferred).
• Laptops are acceptable, but must be reputed company to run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution.
• No Chromebook or MacBook.
• Web camera for Teams meetings.
• Headset or external speakers (if none built-in) for calls.
