Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch IT services to employees, ensuring seamless support and minimizing downtime.
  • Install, configure, and support Windows and Mac-based hardware and software, including peripherals like printers and USB devices.
  • Respond promptly to support requests, analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving desktop hardware and software issues for a diverse range of end users.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of computing equipment, including PCs, monitors, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Collaborate with Helpdesk staff to resolve reputed company user problems, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Build and reputed company new desktops and laptops, ensuring they meet the organization's technical standards.
  • Assist in coordinating Helpdesk staff activities for larger projects, as directed by IT management.
  • Contribute to identifying and developing solutions to emerging issues faced by user groups and Helpdesk staff, working closely with IT management.
